Abstract
The processes of chemotaxis, phagocytosis, oxidant generation and lysosomal degranulation in normal and genetically abnormal human polymorphonuclear leukocytes were discussed. These functions were discussed as being dependent on the integrity of 3 cellular components, i.e., the plasma membrane, the submembranous microfilaments and the cytoplasmic microtubules. This publication has 101 references indexed in Scilit:
