Determination of the relative phase configuration of high order harmonics

Abstract
We propose a procedure able to determine the relative phases of harmonics emitted in the interaction of a gas with a strong laser field. We numerically study 2-photon processes using a set of harmonics from a Ti:Sapphire laser, and we analyze interference effects which are at the root of the Above Threshold Ionization spectra. Suggestions for possible experiments, using realistic parameters are discussed.
