Abstract
A barrier reservoir and quantum well electron transfer intensity modulator is reported, which operates at 1.55μm with the largest electrical bandwidth reported to date, 15GHz. More than 20 dB extinction is obtained at 1.55μm for both TE and TM polarisations.Keywords
