Abstract
In this paper an efficient technique is presented for the assignment of circuit component tolerances to achieve 100% yield with minimum component cost. A simple formulation is derived based on certain assumptions and simplification. It is especially attractive for problems with large dimensions. A numerical example indicates the validity of the formulation. Keywords
