Abstract

Analysis of the entrance qualifications to a CNAA Honours Degree Course, final results and subsequent career achievement: The paper correlates student entry qualifications, with degree classifications obtained on the CNAA Honours Degree Course in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Huddersfield Polytechnic, U.K. The paper also relates examination results midway through this 4–year course with final degrees and examines relevance of classifications to subsequent career achievement.
