Abstract
In this paper, the usefulness of a mathematical model based on equations describing the diffusional phenomena which are variable with time, is developed and discussed in relation to serve as a model for experimental data of drying of Thompson seedless grapes. This model represents more closely the drying curves tested, than the classic diffusion model normally utilized to analize drying processesKeywords
