CONN'S SYNDROME: THE EFFECT OF AMPHENONE

Abstract
A case of primary aldosteronism was associated with marked atrophy of the left kidney. Hypertension, hypokaliemia, hypochloremic alkalosis with urinary Na and K loss was observed. Autopsy disclosed an adenoma of the left adrenal with cells resembling those of the zona glomerulosa.
