Abstract
The systems nature of the warning design problem is explored in an attempt to uncover the complexities of this design effort that are often inadequately considered. Documentation of a complete design effort will be a necessary defense in litigation claiming “failure to warn”, particularly when the decision is to have no warning. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
