Abstract
Evidence of a sex difference in fetal and/or neonatal mortality was sought via twin pregnancies resulting in 1 male and 1 female. This analysis, providing control of many relevant factors, showed a significantly higher neonatal mortality rate for the males, but showed no difference in fetal mortality. Keywords
