Abstract
As part of an attempt to replicate and extend a portion of an earlier study of Pennebaker, et al., male patrons of two bars rated the attractiveness of their female counterparts at three different times over the course of an evening. As expected, ratings of attractiveness obtained at a Country and Western bar increased as it grew later; no such increase occurred, however, at a campus bar. Keywords
