Abstract
A preterm infant, with posterior urethral valves had a mycetoma of the renal pelvis caused by Fusarium species. Prolonged treatment with amphotericin B alone or with flucytosine failed. Combined surgical drainage and medical therapy resulted in full resolution.Keywords
