Abstract
Healthcare experts are touting the so-called integrated system as an "ideal" approach to healthcare delivery. They say these systems won't squander time, money or patient care contracting with each other or attempting to reconcile conflicting financial and utilization incentives that normally exist among hospitals, physicians, insurers and other providers.
