Abstract
The microwave properties of high‐Tc Y1Ba2Cu3Oy bridges have been measured at the frequency f=22 GHz at 4.2 K by means of a high sensitive radiometric probe method. The results, explained by the coherent hypervortex motion, show discontinuities in current‐voltage characteristics, harmonic and subharmonic voltage steps under the external microwaves, and self‐radiation peaks corresponding to the moving frequencies of hypervortices across the bridge. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
