Abstract
A case of a 10 year-old-boy with subependymal giant-cell astrocytoma associated with tuberous sclerosis is reported. Sequential CT scan showed the growth of subependymal nodules to intraventricular neoplasm, which consequently obstructed the CSF pathway. The surgical indications for this lesion and the role of CT in following up subependymal nodules of tuberous sclerosis are discussed. Keywords
