Abstract
The interaction parameter of moving dislocations with electrons and with phonons in aluminum was determined from measurements of ultrasonic attenuation changes with stress. The results indicate that the interaction with electrons is temperature independent and that the interaction with phonons increases with increasing temperature. These results are consistent with theoretical predictions. Keywords
