Abstract
After prolonged observation, there is about 1 chance in 4 of progression of disease when pulmonary tuberculosis is characterized by 1 or more solitary, dense, circumscribed foci (tuberculomas) and has been treated without chemotherapy, resection or permanent collapse. Severe or fatal progressions of such lesions have been rare. Keywords
