Abstract
A case report of a patient with progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy associated with lymphocytic lymphoma is presented, and previously reported cases are reviewed. In contrast to the clinical features, the electroencephalogram reflects the diffuse nature of the disease. The etiologic and taxonomic features of the disease are reviewed. Keywords
