Abstract
The semiconductive (TMTTF)2IO4 salt was prepared by using the electrochemical method. The crystal structure was determined to be isomorphous to the metallic (TMTTF)2X salts. The polarized infrared reflectance spectra of (TMTTF)2IO4 and (TMTTF)2BF4 were measured and were interpreted on the basis of the extended Hubbard model. Keywords
