Chronic Idiopathic Granulocytopenia

Abstract
THERE are many reports describing patients with chronic granulocytopenia in whom no responsible disease could be demonstrated. Any classification of these patients other than a descriptive one would be difficult as yet because knowledge of the etiologies and mechanisms involved in most of these cases is scanty.
