Abstract
Four activities, produced by the bombardment of tungsten with alpha particles having energies up to 48 Mev, were identified. They have half-lives of 9.9±0.3, 13.67±0.1, 21.1±0.3, and >500 hours. From the excitation functions and other measurements these are attributed to the decay of , , and , respectively. Measurements on the gamma-ray spectra and conversion line spectra are reported. The spectra are complex, and a total of 251 conversion lines was observed. In many cases the decay of individual gamma rays and conversion lines was studied.
