Abstract
The C’3 types of human serum are reported for a material of 406 unrelated adults in Denmark, determined by means of horizontal high-voltage starch-gel electrophoresis. No difference in the distribution according to sex was observed. The gene frequencies found are C’31 = 0.18, C’32 = 0.82, C’33 ∼ 0.001, which are in accordance with the allele frequencies reported for other Caucasian populations. Keywords
