Abstract
Lupus renal involvement encompasses a broad range of clinical and histologic presentations and poses numerous therapeutic challenges. Accurate clinical assessment and monitoring requires a comprehensive approach, with attention to the urinalysis, the urinary protein excretion rate, the test of kidney function, and alterations in serologic parameters. Keywords
