A Semianalytical Method to Evolve Parton Distributions

Abstract
We present a very fast method to solve the Dokshitzer-Gribov-Lipatov- Altarelli-Parisi evolution equations at NLO order in the x-space. The method, useful for the numerical implementation, has been checked up on the polarized parton distributions allowing to obtain solutions with very high accuracy in a very small computer time: a single evolution requires only a few hundredths of second.
