Abstract
Testicular torsion in men more than 30 years old is rare. Herein is a critical review of 8 well documented cases. Most cases were misdiagnosed initially, had delay in treatment and required orchiectomy. The diagnosis must be considered at the initial evaluation to achieve testicular preservation. Keywords
