Abstract
Data are presented relating radioautographic efficiency to section thickness. They indicate that increased efficiency compensates in part for decreasing radioactivity in increasingly thin sections. It is suggested that most workers can improve radioautographic resolution by cutting thinner sections and coating these with thin films of suitably diluted liquid nuclear emulsion. Keywords
