Proton Excitations inCd108,110from (He3,d) Reactions

The nuclear energy levels of ${}_{}{}^{108,110}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Cd}$ up to 4 MeV of excitation are examined by the ${}_{}{}^{107,109}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{Ag}({}_{}{}^3{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{He},d)$ reactions. Approximately 30 levels are populated in each nucleus, many of which were previously unreported. $l$ values and spectroscopic strengths are given for the more strongly excited states. The data are compared with previously reported levels and $J^{\pi }$ assignments, and are used to resolve several discrepancies in reported ${}_{}{}^{110m}{}_{}{}^{}\mathrm{In}$ decay schemes.
