Abstract
The magnetic susceptibility of bis(dimethylsulphoxide)copper(II) chloride has been measured in the temperature range 4.2–298 K. Antiferromagnetic interactions were observed at very low temperatures. The data are interpreted in terms of electron spin interactions along an infinite chain of copper(II) atoms. Keywords
