Abstract
The temperature dependence of the dielectric induced photorefractive effect in K Ta1−x Nbx O3 doped with Ti and Fe is presented. It is shown that the results coincide with the supposition that a photorefractive effect can originate from an illumination induced change in Tc.Keywords
