Abstract
One glycyl-tRNA synthetase from rat liver does not form glycylhydroxamates in the absence of tRNA. Glycyl-hydroxamate accumulated during the incubation of enzyme preparation with glycine, ATP, tRNA and NH2OH is formed by non-enzymatic hydroxylaminolysis of glycyl-tRNA.Keywords
