Abstract
Seventeen patients with late hemodynamic complications of anastomotic surgery for the tetralogy of Fallot have been studied. Two syndromes have been noted and both seem related to shunts of greater than ideal size. The clinical characteristics of these syndromes are delineated.Keywords
