Propagators in Strong Plasma Turbulence

Straightforward relationships among Weinstock's propagator, $U_A$ , the Vlasov propagator, $U$ , and the ensemble average Vlasov propagator, $\mathrm{〈U〉}$ , are derived. $U$ and $\mathrm{〈U〉}$ $U$ are related to the characteristic trajectories of the Vlasov equation.
