Abstract
Therapeutic drug monitoring in antituberculosis chemotherapy may play a strategic role in improving outcomes in selected patients. The most important use is in assisting clinicians to optimize therapy to achieve success and minimize toxicity. The other principal indication lies in the management of interaction of antituberculosis drugs with other drugs. Keywords
