Abstract
Aspects of the digestive cycle of Carcinus maenas have been studied by transmission and scanning electron microscopy, X-ray microanalysis and light microscopy. Movements of ingested material have been followed by feeding the crabs with Mytilus edulis (L.) labelled with colloidal particles of gold or thorium oxide.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
