Familial vascular malformation or chance occurrence?

Abstract
A patient with seizures secondary to known vascular malformation had a brother who was asymptomatic and died suddenly. Postmortem examination showed a vascular malformation with hemorrhage into the ventricle. Familial occurrence of vascular malformations confined to the brain was reported only twice before.
