Abstract
The role of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of benign renal diseases continues to evolve with the development of equipment and refinement of techniques. A minimally invasive approach to the treatment of these lesions offers several advantages, including shorter convalescence. We describe the first laparoscopic nephrectomy involving a horseshoe kidney. Keywords
