Abstract
We describe a patient with peripheral neuropathy, polymyalgia, arthralgia and cervical vertebral osteosclerosis who was subsequently diagnosed to have fatal multiple myeloma with IgG gammopathy and lambda urinary chains. The initial presentation and clinical features are discussed.Keywords
