Abstract
A bill has been filed in the Massachusetts Legislature by six of its members in behalf of James M. Dunning, D.D.S., director of Dental Health Service at Harvard University and Fredrick J. Stare, M.D.. chairman of the Department of Nutrition, Harvard School of Public Health, "which would return to elected town and city officials full authority to decide whether to fluoridate public water supplies." Drs.
