Abstract
We give an explicit analytic expression for the angular distribution between lepton and pion in ν-induced charged-current interactions in nuclei. Then we compute the neutrino-induced background including nuclear effects. We find that charge exchange and absorption of the pions within the nuclei are sizable. Keywords
