Abstract
Axial osteomalacia is an infrequent osseous disease, etiopathogeny of which is unknown. Patients [3] with this disease and 2 cases of fibrogenesis imperfecta ossium are reported. The clinical, biological and radiological specific signs of these diseases are stressed. Biopsy is necessary to diagnose some doubtful cases, especially to exclude other causes of osteomalacia as fibrogenesis imperfecta ossium. The latter osteopathy, which frequency may be underestimated, often has similar radiological data. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
