Abstract
The Y-Ca solid solution of the “1-2-3” crystal structure with composition Y1-x Ca1.1x Ba2-0.1x Cu3O y (0<xT c steadily decreases with increasing x, while the change of valence of Cu is not uniform with x from 0 to 0.2. The relationship between T c and the valence of Cu was discussed. Keywords
