Repeated Contractive-State Position Measurements and the Standard Quantum Limit

Abstract
It is shown that if the "standard quantum limit" is taken in a predictive sense, then a repeated measurement scheme involving contractive states, recently proposed by Yuen, does not break this limit.Keywords
