Abstract
A monitor based on a GaAsP photodiode together with an electronic circuit is described. Its cost is about 1/10th that of an FT17 thermopile, and unlike a thermopile, a repair is most unlikely to require complete reconstruction of the device. The monitor has a digital readout calibrated in units of irradiance as a function of wavelength. Keywords
