Abstract
A theoretical analysis is performed to the isoscalar part of the nucleon structure by taking account of the pion-pion resonance. In this analysis we adopt the model in which this resonance is replaced by a boson field, i.e. ρ meson. It is shown that from the covariance argument the isoscalar parts of the form factors of the charge and the magnetic moment have relation to one another if we consider the three pion state as the scattering state of the pion and the ρ meson. A new set of form factors is proposed using this result. The outer part of the charge distribution of the neutron with this set becomes negative in contrast with the sets proposed till now. Discussions are given on the interpretation of the experimental data.
