Abstract
Transcerebral removal of a small choroid plexus papilloma in the region of the foramen of Monro was followed within 48 hours by severe and progressive unilateral hydrocephalus. Acute unilateral hydrocephalus is a hitherto unrecognized complication of intraventricular surgery.Keywords
