Abstract
The production rates of radioisotopes , , and in argon, and of in oxygen have been measured by exposing argon and water to cosmic rays at mountain altitudes for periods of two to four months during 1959. The measured values at N, atmospheric depth 685 g are 7.6×, 6.2×, 1.4× atoms of , , and , respectively, and 9.0× atoms .
