Abstract
Methods that can be used for light and electron microscopy are described for the cytochemical localization of phospholipase A and lysophospholipase. The enzymes occur in developing buds, and in the cell membranes and walls of non-dividing cells. Their possible role in the biology of Candida albicans is discussed. Keywords
