Abstract
MOISTURE is one of the main foes of electric apparatus. In liquid-filled apparatus such as transformers, excessive moisture in the liquid can be a reflection of a similar situation in the solid insulation. The problem of detecting accurately these minute quantities of water in the liquid is an extremely important one and has received considerable attention in the past. Keywords
