Abstract
The rate of growth under stated conditions in six different media distinguished a number of closely related yeasts, which differed from each other mainly in the different rates at which they could synthesize inositol, aneurin and pyridoxine in the absence of these growth factors. Growth data are also given for a wide range of other media.Keywords
