ACUTE IDIOPATHIC HYDROPS OF THE GALLBLADDER NOT DUE TO CALCULI, POSSIBLY TO INFECTIOUS HEPATITIS

Abstract
Two cases of acute hydrops of the gallbladder in children, not due to calculi, are reported. An infectious etiology of the condition, in relation to infectious hepatitis, should be considered more thoroughly because of the observation of its occurrence in neighboring children in an epidemic of infectious hepatitis.
