Abstract
A gum arabic mounting medium containing iron-hemotoxylin is described. It is suggested for use as a one step process for making permanent slides of fungi and algae where a simple procedure is of importance in routine use, and where structures are being studied that may be damaged, or displaced, by transfer from one solution to another. Keywords
